Double Rose Lotus, Nelumbo nucifera 'Rosea Plena' growing at Lan Su Chinese Garden, Portland Oregon USA. This series of shots was interesting in that while it was raining the sun was also shining through the clouds, allwoing fast shutter speeds. At large sizes you can see the raindrops hanging in the sky and the rings and ripples where they hit the water surface.
